Mr. Dib has over 15 years of experience in the development, acquisition and financing of investments and strategic initiatives in diverse industries in the GCC, USA and Internationally. Prior to Amwal, Mr. Dib was the Chief Investment Officer for M/s. Al-Ritaj Investment Company; an Islamic Private Equity where has created a very successful private equity group. Prior to joining Ritaj, he was the head of corporate finance and treasury at M/s. Alghanim Industries in Kuwait. Prior to that, he was the Regional Manager of North America for M/s. Bechtel Enterprises, the development, finance and investment arm of the M/s. Bechtel Group of companies in San Francisco, USA, where he was responsible for leading the development and finance of a wide range of investments in infrastructure, utilities and industrial sectors, covering the Americas, Europe and the Middle East.

Mr. Dib has received an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley, HAAS School of Business with concentration in Finance and Strategy. Management from the University of California at Berkeley and a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from Kuwait University.
