Dalal Al-Dousari has more than 6 years of experience in the field of direct investments, asset management and real estate. Prior to joining AMWAL, she served as Senior Investments Manager at National Technology Enterprises Company (NTEC), a subsidiary of the Kuwait Investment Authority that is involved in development projects in Telecommunications, Biotechnology, Alternative Energy, Water and the Environment. At that post, she was responsible for the Biotechnology activities of NTEC and was instrumental in the successful closing of the company's first deal.

Prior to her role at NTEC, Ms. Al-Dousari worked as a Senior Investment Analyst at Coast Investments & Development Co. (Coast), an investment firm specialized in local and international equity markets. There, she played a major role in establishing the company's private equity and real estate portfolio and gained extensive experience in financial and legal due diligence.

Ms. Al-Dousari holds an MBA (Honors) with a concentration in Finance, and a Bachelors Degree in Finance and Financial Institutions (Honors), both from Kuwait University. She has also completed special training courses through Sycamore Venture Capital (Princeton, New Jersey) and Stemcyte, Inc. (Arcadia, California).
